FORT WORTH, TX-The Fort Worth Star Telegram reports that the recently approved $2.6-billion merger between locally based energy company Encore Acquisition Co. and Denbury Resources of Plano TX will mean closure of the former's 69,000-square-foot headquarters in the CBD.
